1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TubeCraft ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TubeCraft is an AI-powered YouTube creator suite that provides tools including video title generation, description writing, transcript-to-timestamp conversion, hashtag research, thumbnail creation, competitor analysis, and CTR grading. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions based on your inputs.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Plans, Pricing and Payments
4.1 Free Plan
The Free plan provides 3 lifetime generations with limited features. No payment is required.
4.2 Starter Pack
The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase of ₹399 that grants 10 credits. Credits never expire and can be used across all tools. Additional Starter Packs may be purchased at any time and credits will stack.
4.3 Creator Subscription
The Creator plan is a recurring monthly subscription at ₹2,000 per month. It provides unlimited generations and access to all features. The subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled.
4.4 Billing
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international)
- All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required
- You authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable recurring basis
- Failed payments may result in suspension of your account
4.5 Refunds
Starter Pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Creator subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at sarvesh.parab@sspenterprisescom.com.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Creator subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Creator features until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Generate spam, misleading content, or deceptive material
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal use
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
- Attempt to circumvent our credit or payment systems
7. AI-Generated Content
- The Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate content. Generated content is provided as a suggestion and starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content
- You own the content you generate through the Service and are responsible for its use
- You agree not to use generated content in ways that violate YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
- AI generation quality may vary and we make no warranty regarding specific outcomes
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our IP
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by TubeCraft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your input solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TUBECRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TubeCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
